These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Wiki Publication website and any services provided by Wiki Publication ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the authority to enter into these Terms (on behalf of yourself or your organisation), and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Services Description

Wiki Publication provides Wikipedia consulting, research, writing, editing, submission, and monitoring services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Wikipedia notability assessments
• Wikipedia article writing and editing
• Wikipedia page submission and publication management
• Wikipedia page monitoring and maintenance
• Wikipedia page translation into multiple language editions
• Wikipedia strategy consulting

The specific scope of services for each engagement is defined in the individual project agreement or proposal confirmed between the parties.

Wikipedia Policy Compliance

All services provided by Wiki Publication are delivered in full compliance with Wikipedia's Terms of Use, editorial policies, and community guidelines. This includes:

• Full disclosure of all paid editing contributions as required by Wikipedia's Terms of Use
• Adherence to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy in all content produced
• Use of only reliable, independent sources that meet Wikipedia's verifiability standards
• Compliance with Wikipedia's Biographies of Living Persons policy
• Proper disclosure of conflicts of interest in accordance with Wikipedia's guidelines

Clients agree not to request services that would require violation of Wikipedia's policies. Any client instruction that would require us to violate Wikipedia policy will be declined, and we reserve the right to terminate the engagement if a client persists in making such requests.

No Publication Guarantee

Wikipedia is an independently operated encyclopaedia whose editorial decisions are made by its volunteer editor community. Wiki Publication does not control and cannot guarantee publication of any article or the continued presence of any article on Wikipedia.

Our services represent a professional effort to prepare and submit high-quality, policy-compliant Wikipedia content. We do not guarantee that submitted articles will be accepted, that published articles will remain permanently live, or that Wikipedia editors will not make modifications to published content.

Any company or individual claiming to guarantee Wikipedia publication should be viewed with serious scepticism, as no such guarantee can legitimately be made.

Client Obligations

By engaging our services, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful information about themselves or their organisation
• Disclose any previous Wikipedia page attempts, deletions, or editorial issues
• Not misrepresent their media coverage or notability status
• Review project drafts in good faith and provide timely feedback
• Not directly edit Wikipedia pages related to our active projects without prior coordination
• Not engage other Wikipedia service providers for the same subject during an active engagement without disclosure

Payment Terms

Payment terms, pricing, and refund policies are specified in the individual project agreement. Generally:

• A deposit is required before work commences on most projects
• Remaining balance is due upon completion of defined project milestones
• Refund eligibility is determined by the stage of project completion at time of cancellation
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

Intellectual Property

Content submitted to Wikipedia is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike and GNU Free Documentation licenses, as required by Wikipedia's terms. This means Wikipedia content can be freely reused by anyone under those license terms.

Research materials, strategic advice, and internal documentation produced by Wiki Publication remain the intellectual property of Wiki Publication unless otherwise agreed in writing. Final Wikipedia-formatted content delivered as part of a project may be used by the client for the purposes of Wikipedia submission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wiki Publication shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to: Wikipedia editorial decisions, page deletions, modifications by Wikipedia editors, or changes to Wikipedia policy that affect published content.

Our total liability in connection with any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Confidentiality

We treat all client project information as confidential and do not disclose client identities or project details to third parties without client consent, except as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details on how personal information is handled.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. Termination terms, including any applicable refunds or outstanding payment obligations, are governed by the individual project agreement. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any engagement at our discretion, particularly if we determine that a project cannot be completed in compliance with Wikipedia's policies.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable U.S. jurisdiction.
